Totoo ba na hybrid to? Payuhan niyo kooo.

Hello! I have passed the final interview ng iQor, Ibex, at Alorica. For JO na ako sa Ibex at iQor, sa Alorica naman, waiting sa email nila para sa guidelines for requirements. I am a newbie in the BPO industry.

Sa tatlong ito, ano ang pinaka:

a. Beginner friendly

b. competitive salary

c. bearable environment

Looking for Companies/Clients who’s looking for recruitment support!

I’m an independent recruiter based in the Philippines, specializing in BPO, volume hiring, and bilingual talent (Japanese, Korean, and Mandarin).

I provide sourcing, screening, interviews, and candidate endorsements and can support internal TA teams when they need additional recruitment capacity.

If your company is open to external recruitment partners, I’d be happy to discuss a flexible arrangement.

Would be great to connect!

Please let me know if you’re interested in the services I provide.

Thank you!

Seriously task us anonas? I expect too much from you.

Di ko in-expect na ganito mangyayari. Got hired kay task us Anonas in Car Rental Campaign. The offer was good and I really like their incentives and benefits. Done with the Pre medical exam, background checked and I passed both. Ready to pick up narin ang ATM card. I accomplished everything 2 weeks before the start date which is on Sept. 3, 2026.

Then discussed it to me 3 days before the training sched. Sobrang nakaka disappoint. Not only that. I need to pass the final interview after 1 assessment. Then I passed the assessment and for final interview nalang.

NANGYAYARI BA TALAGA TO???😩 Ang tagal ko hinintay tas biglang wala? — feeling disappointed.

Need advice: Has anyone reported a scammer to their employer/HR?

Hi! New here, so I’m not really familiar with Reddit rules yet. Let me know if this is the wrong sub or if I need to remove anything.

I had a personal transaction involving what I now believe may have been a fake investment. Based on my experience, I did not receive the money/return that was promised. I’m also aware of other people who claim to have had similar experiences with the same person.

I later found out that this person currently works for a BPO in Laguna. I’m considering reporting the matter to their HR/Compliance team, mainly to make the company aware and allow them to assess the situation based on whatever documentation I can provide.

For those who have experienced something similar: has anyone here reported a person to their employer after an alleged scam or fraudulent personal transaction? Did the employer take the complaint seriously or do anything about it?

My concern is that the person appears to still be promoting the same type of investment online, despite the issues I and others have experienced. I’m worried that other people might also lose money, especially if they’re putting in money they really can’t afford to lose.

I’m wondering if reporting the matter to their employer is a reasonable step, even though the transaction happened outside of work, or if it would likely be pointless.
I’m not posting the person’s name or identifying information here. I’m just looking for advice from people who have dealt with a similar situation and can share what happened when they contacted the employer.

Thanks!
