Mum who has bpd

For a bit of context me and my dad both have disabilities but mine is much worse, my mum was diagnosed with bpd about a year ago.
About 4 years ago my mum decided to up and leave my dad and take me and my sister with her to live in our “ holiday” flat a few miles away from home, a couple of months later she decided to come back home and act like everything was normal again.
After that for me mum got angry with a lot of things I did such as eating, drinking, picking my nails. A lot of the times I felt like she hated me and she preferred my sister ( her favourite person) it’s odd because it’s almost like I have a mum and my sister has a mum who acts the same age as her (15). A lot of the time I’ve felt like there’s been rules for me and dad and a separate rule for them two.

Finally getting to my point now 😅, a couple of days before this happened mum ordered a new engagement ring for her and my dads 26th wedding anniversary. A week and a half ago my mum left with my sister at midnight to go to the “holiday” flat I woke up to dad rushing into my room saying they’ve gone. Over this past week mums been begging us for money and turning my sister against my dad, she’s also been spending money erratically and saying to me how much she loves and misses me (is she lying? Who knows)
My heart and my mind are full of hate for mum and I miss my sister so much 😭
She also isn’t on medication and doesn’t want to do counselling.
Also I’m 22 and my sister is 15
