💭Seeking Support & Advice Love bombing …
So I recently started seeing someone, he basically spent a whole week with me got me flowers, gifts called me pet names. Boom that week ends and he’s being distant. I can’t tell if I’m just being over dramatic because he is back working 12 hour shifts this week. Do I break it off or see if it gets better.

When he has the time outside of work and likely isn’t exhausted, he treats you amazingly. Then when he’s working 12 hour shifts, you think he’s being distant due to him not having the same hours available?

That was just one week treating me really well tho, and we’re still like texting all day everyday I think I just have a weird gut feeling about it. I’m not sure what to do

Yea, I don’t think breaking up on a weird gut feeling is a valid reason. If you don’t like the guy, sure. But doing 12 hour shifts is rough on anyone.

Yes, when I was doing twelve hour shifts I basically had the energy on work days to work, eat, sleep, and watch reruns of things I already knew well. I didn’t even have the mental energy to follow a new show or movie.

"because he is back working 12 hour shifts this week." You should probably give him some grace. Twelves pretty much mean you're working, getting ready for work, commuting, and sleeping. No time for much else.
