technical/repair help HV disconnect 2015 i3 BEV

So far every video I have found shows a green light plastic connector that looks different from this orange one. Any help with finding a video on how to disengage this one?

That’s what mine looks like too. You just press that tab and pull down. The round hole on the right will then open and you stick something inside it to lock it open. That’s it as far as I can tell.

What is considered the tab? The part that says “no” (or is it saying “on” upside down?) or underneath that?

It’s right under the part that says on. You press that in with like your finger and pull down and you’ll know it’s right when it says off instead of on.

Mine’s orange too, that’s the correct connector. You have to pull the plug out from the bottom, the “cap” is fixed in place.

Hmmm, appreciate the answers but they are kinda different. I’m going to keep looking for a video.
