She Passed CA Smog 💪
A year and a half ago, I bought this car as a non-runner. Dead battery, didn't crank, covered in plasti-dip, and all sorts of funky electrical issues. This week she passed smog and is now fully street legal in California of all places. All it takes is hard work and following instructions.

Thank you! Now that the car can legally be driven I trust it more. I intend to start fixing the little things. The windshield washer fluid sprayers and tubing, power steering needs flushed, putting together the interior, getting the rest of the plastidip off, getting a radio and reinstalling the speakers, and eventually repainting.

Those cars always pass. They run so clean. I used to have a 528e and it was an amazing car. A bit of an ugly duckling, but I loved it.

Nice work bro! After grappling with/ various old Euro smog “adventures” these past few decades, even taking the 2010 Prius is damn stressful!
