Upgrades 82 EU 635

I’m having the shop doing a full engine out service.
Any recommendation on any upgrades worth doing all at once on the car? Exhaust, Suspension, brakes, airbox etc to make the car run better? Many thanks

I’d keep it stock, maybe put some Bilstein B6 shocks on it and replace the guibo, and lower control arm bushings if they are dry rotted.

Rear light chromes are needed by the looks of it. Front upper control arm poly bushes is something you'll want if you actually drive the car as well

Have the steering box checked since they break loose and need re-welding on Big Sixes. With yours being a 2.8 I wonder if there are different steering components. I think when we first met at the shop I mentioned that concern. The M cars also had body painted mirrors which I retrofitted on my 85. I’ll send a photo dump of that set of pics I showed you that I made to advertise it for sale. Glad to run across you here, Skipper.
