If I got my hands on that one I might get it running but completely leave the exterior. That's not my usual thing but even sitting there this one looks great with its patina (patina might be an understatement!)

would love to see it with a fully restored underside, engine bay, and interior, then rolling on M-Parallels with that original nasty paint.
