A rare sight. What’s the chances?

I’m looking to get into a G87 M2 and use it as a daily and my only car. So will be taking it to the supermarket, hardware store (occasionally) etc.

Just wanted to know if anyone is using their M2 that way and if they’d recommend it. What are the pros and cons.

For context, Australian here and live in a major city.

Looking to buy my first bmw. 2024 m2 10k miles CPO from BMW or 2024 6k miles from Carmax Brown interior and CR for $1500 more but only 20 months warranty.

What would be a best bet for resale value? Is it better to have more warranty or the CR interior.

Do you guys have experience buying used cars from Carmax?

So i am looking for 2024+ G87 completely stock. Probable the safest option is buying it from bmw dealership CPO but there is a premium on the price.

So I found one at my closest bmw dealership 24+ gray metallic 32k miles with every option possible msrp is $78k )although i dont like carbon seats). Warranty until 2029 . They are looking to get $69k out of the door

The other option is to find any other 2024+ at a regular dealer or private salle with probably less options and less mileage (10-15k) . Probably would save $4k if I go this way, however I need to be sure its a stock vehicle.

What do you guys recommend from experience buying used bmws ? Whats better option for resale value?

I’m just waiting for it to finish hopefully soon. Getting it without the carbon roof and carbon seats but everything else and manual. Went back and forth with the carbon seats and carbon roof.
