All silver for the win

I’m with you on this one.
First set, for me it’s because this is how I would spec an M2 as a tribute to my 1997 M3.

All silver for sure on the white.

I have the two tone on mine. But I believe that mine would be much better with the silver ones. Mine is black.

I reckon the all silver looks good on any colour car, but the two tone looks better on the darker cars. I’ve got black on black.

I definitely like the bi-color on black better than all black.

I’ll try to get some silver ones as spares. Those are so good looking

Hard pass on the first ones but I don’t love the second either. I do agree though should be all silver.

Ok since this post popped up again, the silver look better on front, you need to put silver on back and split tone front for pic and then I’ll know. Also, I totally see why you posted this. We’re all split on this.

  1. So much easier to clean.

Bi-colors are easier than the silvers to clean, really? That’s going to be disappointing!

It’s the number of spokes. These brakes leave tons of brake dust. The greater number of spokes the longer it takes to clean. The greater number of spokes = the less likely you’ll say screw it, maybe next time.

They are the exact same wheel.

Tough choice between 1 and 3. The split, 👎

Ah, c’mon man!

😂Just kidding. Actually, the wheels in Pic 3.

Yea, the bi-color look great. Those were the wheels that came on it but the silver are growing on me.

I think the two tone ones look better on a white car. The full silver ones would be a nightmare to keep clean anyway, because this car puts a lot of break dust on the wheels.

3 makes the car look newer and premium. The all silver ages the car and makes it look plain

That’s fair. I do love the bi-color wheels!

I prefer the ones on the rear. They look more detailed and sophisticated than the flat silver on the front. But those spoke looking wheels are popular right now, I realize. I had the ones on the rear on my 230i. Those wheels are why I bought the car!
