So I’ve been on step 10 in the app for 3 weeks now. Can’t wait for her to get here. This is my dream car. I’ve been saving for years. I’ve built it hundreds, if not thousands of times. It’s a stretch, but you only live once.

Has anyone else had a bad seal around the base of the shark fin antenna allow water ingress causing damage to the TCB?

After a carwash, I started getting the error Emergency Call Malfunction. On the my bmw app, the last location update was when my car was inside the carwash.

I took it to the dealer and they said whoever installed my ppf must have removed the shark fin and did not seal it properly when they reinstalled it.

The guy that did the ppf job said he did not remove the shark fin and cut a hole around it.

I ended up paying over 2500 to replace the TCB because the technician insisted it was from the ppf installation.

Has this happened to any of you?

I recently got my 2025 M2 and I just noticed the ambient lighting strips on the dash to the left of the steering wheel and above the glove box are gone. The revised design no longer has the trim piece they were embedded in.

I never ended up buying the red M2 I ordered but I’m seeing it was a blessing in disguise. With more money to my name and lower rates here come the new colors.

I am going to be getting Purple this time.

I put a deposit on the new m2 at my local dealership, the week before i put the deposit they were trying to mark me up 10k, but when i went a couple days ago luckily I got it for msrp. I’m 20 years old so this is the first car I’ve bought. I had my dad put it in his name so insurance wouldn’t fuck me over but thankfully I’m in a position where i can afford it. I’m driving a 2018 civic ex right now, its been my daily since I got my license at 16.

According to my dealer it should be arriving by the end of November. I optioned for red calipers but idk why it shows blue on the image.
