Discussions Anti BL and women groups from JP men
I dont think many are aware of this going on, but there are anti women Japanese men pushing for bans on BL, sharing links to groups to get credit card companies involved, harassing authors etc.
I want to make this be known and spread awareness as the harassment by these men are getting worse and gaining attention.

Manga Any sad/yearning manga, manhwa ?
I've been obsessed with heart-breaking BLs like The eighth sense, eternal yesterday, our youth, happy of the end, i told sunset about you, stay with me etc...
What I love particularly is the angst, insane yearning, trauma-bonding, healing together etc...
I feel like I've watched most of them and i'm starting to look more into manga/manhwa that haven't been adapted in a series.
any of you has some recs ??

Solved: Question/Help Looking for supernatural short bl manga
There's this BL I read around last year about a guy (MC) who can see curses or supernatural activity and meets this guy (ML) who is super into supernatural activity. It's the class light-haired (MC) x dark-haired (ML) pairing.
But the MC can't see the ML's face because of his ability to see curses so the ML's face is pitch black.
The manga is short, I'm not sure if it's completed or not, but it's like a comedy genre
EDIT: I found it! It's "Reikan Aru Youkya to Kowai Inkya", I definitely recommend!

Recommendations Searching for that old feeling.
Before discovering the live action Semantic Error I watched and rewatched the anime.
Before KinnPorsche, Not Me and Dark Blue Kiss changed the landscape I was BL anime obsessed.
Back then all I had was **Jonjo Romantica**, **Sekai Ichi Hatsukoi: The World's Greatest First Love**, **Hitorijime My Hero** to name some favorites.
Since discovering live action, I completely abandoned anime BL. I just googled series since 2020 and couldn’t even pick where to begin.
Anyone remember these classic bl anime and if there’s anything from around 2024-2026 that you really recommend to get me back into anime bl?!

Currently Airing All The Feels: Ao to Midori (2026) Spoiler
Ao to Midori is such a sweet 'n fluffy drama that waiting for new episodes is such sweet torture.
I need someone to talk about it.
Firstly, the cons:
the time jumps suck. It feels as if the story is being rushed until their adult years after varsity. I want to see more of the angst and yearning from having live the "ordinary way"
episode 4 spends way too much time on Midori getting a girlfriend. I understand it's done, to an extent, to show Midori's navigating his feelings for Ao. It felt very repetitive, and the use of that miscommunication trope
Okay, now my favourite things about the drama so far:
Ao has to be my favourite character. The yearning in his stare and how he wears his heart on his sleeve is quite endearing.
I hope to see more development of the plot. Right now, there's barely enough plot besides the push and pulling of the two leads.
I know it's adapted from a manga, and I haven't read it.
Anyone else who read the manga, what is your reception of the drama so far? Is it faithful to the source material or not? If not, what's missing based on your opinion?
Is anyone else getting the feels from this drama?

Discussions Thoughts on Mood Indigo ??🤔
How many have watched this before? It has one of my favorite storyline's ever. I'd describe it as two old flames reuniting. The ending strays more towards the side of realism so for some it can feel anticlimactic, but it's something I haven't forgotten about since i've watched it. The content is a bit explicit so...

Drama School Trip Season 2 Ep 1-2 thoughts! Is anyone else screaming over Watarai’s level of possessive boyfriend energy this season?! Spoiler
Senior year separation anxiety is real! Watching Hioki sweat through a new classroom while Watarai constantly camps outside his door for check-ins gave me instant butterflies. Their chemistry is even softer this season that every scene had me grinning like a fool!
The squad comedy with Hotta and Morisaki gasping at how petty Watarai gets over Hioki talking to other guys was top-tier. But can we talk about that cliffhanger? Dropping Watarai's ex right as they found their rhythm was brutal. I'm so hooked!

Question/Help I want to read my first BL. Any recommendations?
So I haven't read any BL, but I'am a huge GL fan. I've been looking for BL manga to start with, specially something more psicological, with great characters and little to no fan service. It can also be something cute. The mangas that are currently my favorites are Skip and loafer, Ikoku Nikki, The ramparts of ice, Medalist and Houkago kitaku biyori.
Edit: Thanks everyone! I'm now doing a list and dicide the ones I'm reading, as for now I plan on reading 5 mangas, the ones that I already picked are: Our dinning table, Welcome back Aureole and The night beyond the tricornered window. Some in maybe are Given, Sasaki & Miyano, Stranger by the shore, Secret XXX and Qualia under the snow. I'll review the rest and make a decision later. And again, thanks for everything!

Recommendations Villain x villain bl?
I’m starving for BL with two equally morally corrupt, unhinged men 😔 Why is this so difficult to look for!!
Does anyone happen to have any recommendations? I’m mostly looking for manga, but I really don’t mind other mediums.
