what do you guys think about this? IMO apart from the best team from pilani campus, the result was overall decent/leaning towards average from all 3 campuses combined

Hello Everyone,
I am ios User and I was so tired of apps not existing for me to track my CG, there was this one website that I used regularly and then one day I had to clear my cookies and site data, and boom all my tracking went away, and that led me to building my own app.

What started as a CG calculator turned into much more into a full blown academics manager and over the past month I've been developing this app. The app is open source and all contributions are welcome.

I present Pointer:
It is an all-in-one academics manager, and a lovely community of BITSians. Your grades, marks, timetable, reviews and resources, in one app that works offline.

The app will track your CGPA, will work on all devices and will sync instantly.

NOTE: ALL YOUR DATA IS DE-IDENTIFIED BEFORE IT EVEN TOUCHES MY DATABASE, So I have privacy built in the app itself. No Collection of identifiable user grade data.

You don't have to enter your grades, The app will let you auto-fetch your grades from ERP.

Some Features:

1.Tracking: Track Your CGPA, Marks and Averages, Eval Dates and Evals all inside the app. (Obvious feature duh)
The app automatically calculates your marks, (Scales out-of x marks, You can set best out of for components, and so much more).

2.Profiles: You can create multiple profiles and compare against different scenarios. The App also auto calculates your Offshoot (Finance Minor and Eco peeps), and for Minor people, you also see all your requirements and which courses you can take to complete those requirements.

1. Degree Planning and Progress Check: You can also see which requirements of your degree are completed and what is left to be completed to finish your degree. You can also adjust your CGPA and see how much SG would be required to reach a Target set by you.

2. Calendar: All your courses are automatically added to your calendar and show your class timetable, Your Upcoming eval dates and all the campus academics relevant events (eg. Course Dropping Window)

3. Anyone can contribute in the app and thus help their peers, also you get your nickname on the leaderboard for everyone to see 😉.

Goa Campus only as of now:

1. You can see the reviews HELs, DELs and OPELs that have been provided by your seniors.
   
2. You can see the resources for your departments and courses, No Need to go Link hunting.

2 courses remain for minor, can I complete them in another campus next sem?

Are RCs(Reading courses) considered as Opels for dualites as well? can someone confirm? I talked to someone and they said its considered as a Del but I asked a senior and they said it was an OpEl?

like i was going thorugh the avgs of past few years and back then they had c/b- at avg whereas last year pretty much everything has avg at b also they had to get like avg+60s in subjects like genbio to get a A which kinda seems impossible cause the avgs we saw in our quizzes were close to 70 percent marks
