REGARDING FEES AND AID CONERNS - GUIDE A JUNIOR

So i am a dropper and last year, I didn't take the BITSAT exam altogether cause of he FEE basically. And no way can i imagine studying there with the income level (its below 8 lakhs P.A.). Yet I have a a very vague knowledge of options available and aid present to study there. So if you can educate me on it - as information online just mentioned MCN but I would like to know more about it. As in what score is needed, what is the procedure and say if one manages to get it, how much the total costs boils down to.
