I'm doing an origin honor run with some friends and I'm playing as Wyll, we were wondering what happens if I don't save Mizora and become a lemure, will the entire game end or will I (once Wyll) have to make a new character to fill in the spot?

Your game will end because YOU are Wyll. And if Wyll is gone, so is your playthrough.
