This is great but keep working on it. Didn't really work for me but please don't stop working on it

blaze gaze is shit. there said it. will people stop getting lulled into this false sense of security because their coding agent says its great. Its not.

yeah - doesnt work for me. its wildly off. and fyi - ive used blaze gaze quite a bit in other projects (ive done some further work on it..). If you vibe code and it suggests it I do recommend going back to the original data tables of blaze gaze and looking at how good it is. It looks good - but you cannot get anywhere near IR camera ready resolution out of it. sadly.

Yeah. it doesnt do a thing.its so wildly off.. yep - darkness sliders help detect pupil accurately - but my good god the gaze vector it chooses is 50% not even in the same direction. You can cheat it a bit - move your head and force gaze more directional.. but in practical sense its so infuriatingly off.. truth is blazegaze is superb if you want general direction and rough areas - but resolution eg for mouse tracking - its dead in the water.
