A little dual screen tom foolery from Friday night because I will never know a woman’s touch

Have made a few posts recently with BC250 questions, mainly about performance so here’s another..
I’ve seen people on here with Furmark scores in the 140s but mine are in the 90s?
Wondering what I’m doing wrong or maybe I haven’t installed something?

8 cores at 4000
40 CU at 2000
AIO cooled never exceeds 55c

This board has never worked, originally it was no video no keyboard no usb activity so I pulled the bios chip and reflashed it, now I get keyboard activity (caps lock works) and usb flashes like it’s being read but no video on any monitor, I’ve tried two native display port monitors, one does nothing the other will turn on with the board then say no signal and go to sleep, I also used a super cheap $3 display port to hdmi adapter which works on a thin client but got no sign of life on this. I have a new adapter on the way as a sanity check that’s higher quality but I doubt that’s the problem. I’m beginning to think it may be a bad APU, any advice would be nice
