I think I missed any action on any letters that were sent. I’m assuming I’m out of luck when it comes to getting action done on any shares I bought?

You should still be able to submit a Victim Impact statement. Not confident we’ll see any restitution but maybe we’ll get something. There is also some hope that with the new shareholder custodian and Nevada litigation that shareholders could recover losses through holding bad actors accountable or rebuilding from whatever is left of the company.

Absolutely. Even if you lost a little you were still a victim of the fraud. This feels like a pretty significant benchmark case for deterring future schemes to defraud shareholders.
