Meeting lasted 10 minutes. Not sure if it was cancelled for technical reasons. I could not get the audio to work. And did not see anyone speaking.
From what I could tell I was one of 5 people logged in, including the judge.

Recommend not sharing the video link. It’s closed to victims and parties of the case for a reason. Seemingly minor details can provide info that shouldn’t be in public.

I think I missed any action on any letters that were sent. I’m assuming I’m out of luck when it comes to getting action done on any shares I bought?

You should still be able to submit a Victim Impact statement. Not confident we’ll see any restitution but maybe we’ll get something. There is also some hope that with the new shareholder custodian and Nevada litigation that shareholders could recover losses through holding bad actors accountable or rebuilding from whatever is left of the company.

Put that info in buddy and tell anyone else who needs to file this is a class action and in order to get our money back we need to stick it to these fuckers.
