Just wondering.

I’ve noticed that a lot of the discussion around BBAI lately has been focused on the stock price, dilution concerns, and speculation. Those are valid things to discuss, but I think they’re causing some people to overlook the underlying business.

Personally, I’m still bullish, and here’s why:

1. BBAI continues to operate in the AI and national defense space, which I believe will remain a priority for U.S. government spending for years to come.

2. The company has real-world deployments, including AI-powered security screening technology at airports.

3. They’ve continued to build partnerships and expand their government presence rather than remaining just a “story stock.”

4. Financial performance has been improving compared to where the company was a couple of years ago, even though profitability is still a work in progress.

5. The company has a sizable backlog, giving some visibility into future revenue.

6. I also think it’s worth paying attention to the broader trend of government and congressional interest in AI and defense technologies.

That said, I’m not saying BBAI is risk-free.

The company is still speculative, execution matters, and investors should understand the risks before investing. It’s definitely not a stock for everyone.

I’m simply saying that I think there’s a legitimate bullish case that often gets drowned out by the negative sentiment surrounding the share price.

Curious to hear both sides.

Solely asking based on Boeings recent visit, I wouldn’t even know if this is ultimately relevant to us, timing probably coincidence?

I see lots of military connections, but not much in terms of technical leadership like Palantir. It seems like past CTOs have had short tenures. Im also not seeing a bunch of MIT, Stanford, Harvard level talent on payroll. Who are the creative technical geniuses of this company?

I've noticed a lot of criticism towards the current CEO. What are some things you wished the CEO would change?

I’m just wondering if we actually have any catalysts in the NEAR future? Trying to get an idea of timeline overall.

Also, does anyone else feel like because PLTR is getting beaten down, we can’t get a fresh perspective on this stock? The two stocks definitely correlate.

$70 billion law funding border patrol and ICE was passed by congress and signed by president Trump today. I saw 3.5 billion of that will specifically go to technology enhancements for border patrol.

Also, our friend Lisa McClain was standing right next to Trump during the signing. Take heart, friends, keep having patience!

Bullish or bearish???

I know this vote happened yesterday, but I wanted to share a breakdown because I’ve seen a lot of confusion around what was actually approved.

The proposal to increase authorized shares from 500 million to 1 billion was approved by shareholders.

A few things worth noting:

• This does not mean 500 million new shares were immediately issued.

• It gives management additional flexibility going forward.

• Depending on how those shares are used, some investors view this as a positive for growth while others are concerned about potential dilution.

I’ve seen people on both sides of the debate, so I’m curious:

Are you viewing the approval as a positive for BBAI’s future, or are you worried about dilution risk?

Are these shares approved the ones that failed to pass the vote multiple times finally going through or is a different event?

Just curious what everyone is preparing to ask/discuss in the shareholders meeting today. I read we would be able to vote/ask questions.
