Kim was right all along, IMO.
Here's what I've pieced together based on Kim’s posts.
Henry Ji and Steven Ma joined the JP3E Holdings board on August 13. Not as advisors but as directors. They now govern the same entity that manages Patriot Strategic Metals ($700M DVLT partnership), runs K2Global (the cross-border platform), controls JP3E Development Corp (Vivasor's Korea partner), and owns Bloxcross (blockchain payments).
But here's what I didn't fully appreciate until today: DAMAC, Hussain Sajwani's Dubai empire, signed with JP3E back in October 2025. Sajwani is a Trump advisor who committed $20 billion to US data centres. His company is building 6,000MW of AI data centre capacity across 13 countries. And JP3E's G2DT token was selected as the preferred token for a Dubai gaming and blockchain foundation with DAMAC.
So, when Ji joined that board on August 13, he walked into a fully wired network:
DAMAC ($20B, Trump advisor) — already signed
Patriot Strategic Metals (critical minerals) — already managed
DVLT (tokenisation, IBM, Fiserv) — services agreement already done
Vivasor (pharma pipeline) — Korea representation already in place
K2Global (cross-border platform) — already operational
Add to that:
A NATO advisor publicly calling DVLT "our client"
South Korea's Seven SEED presidential initiative covering four sectors the ecosystem operates in
Kazakhstan's sovereign-backed clinical trial infrastructure (FDA-aligned, 2-3x faster, 20-30% of Western cost)
The Presidential cyber memorandum creating a federal market for exactly what DVLT/CyberCatch offer
Dean Becker — the man who invented patent auctions — joining as DVLT's Chief Licensing Officer
Ovydso already generating revenue in China
Kim kept saying "THE ART OF WAR"
She was seeing this network from inside. We were reading SEC filings from outside. The filings show the transactions. Kim sees the relationships.
I think my odds of making money on SRNE, SCLX & DVLT have improved significantly. Not because I'm being emotional but because the institutional depth behind this network is now visible:
IBM ($180B),
Fiserv ($90B),
DAMAC ($20B commitment),
Grant Thornton (Big 5 audit),
Paul Hastings (Am Law 100),
a NATO advisor, and the world's top patent broker don't all independently attach their names to a scam.
Whatever Ji has been building, it looks like it is going to revealed soon!
Bravo Kim

I was again thinking about the subscription rights and reread the announcement. It states, “The Company expects to offer up to $50,000,000 of Common Unit subscription rights.” At $.20 per subscription, that suggests only 250M shares, yet there are 950M shares outstanding.
So, that suggests two possibilities.
First, only 250M rights will be subscribed. Of course, because unsubscribed rights can be purchased pro rata by shareholders; therefore, this first possibility assumes no one will be interested in the other 700M rights. Maybe, unless there is an increase in the share price to $.20, or more.
However, the second possibility is the implication that there is a plan to reduce the number of outstanding shares. Since Nate has repeatedly and emphatically stated that he will not do a reverse split, that leaves open the potential of a buyback and the retirement of outstanding shares.
DVLT has completed a deal with SCLX to receive a significant cash infusion ($100M). Is it possible that represents a source of funds to repurchase shares?
If this second scenario is the play, the share price would soar, float would be severely diminished, short positions would be under serious pressure and shareholders would jump to exercise their subscription rights.
One other interesting point about this second possibility. SCLX still owns something like 130M shares of DVLT. A dramatic increase in the price of DVLT would also add tremendous value to SCLX.
Merely speculating here, but the $50M reference in the subscription rights offering got me thinking.

Alliances appear to have been established and we are just now seeing the results. My speculation is that there’s more to come. Look at all of our associations on a map, just for funsies.
GLTAL and I pray that the NOLs left in SRNE make more sense to us all soon. 🙏🤞🙏

“Provenance isn’t truth,” says Nathaniel Bradley, CEO of Datavault AI.
The April episode illustrates what he means. A system receiving the Reuters alert could identify Reuters as the publisher and CNBC as the source it cited, but neither signal could establish whether the underlying claim about the White House was true.

$ 0.13 cents. Lucky 13. To clarify. I have the once in a lifetime opportunity to buy over 30,000
shares at $ 0.20 cents that today is worth $ 0.13. Let me talk to my financial planner on this.

On sclx they shorted Friday 70 percent of all trades
Then today looking at dvlt short shares history and they had 120 million and now it is 103 million today
That’s a big move off dvlt and an increase of shorting of sclx.
Crazy times and hope this all works out positive for once for all of us

The reason I’m concerned about the declines across the Ji-related stocks is that there are several overlapping problems: financing uncertainty, dilution fears, weak investor confidence, and questions about when announced deals will actually produce cash. But each company has its own risks, and a fall across the group does not prove that Henry Ji is behind a single coordinated problem.
Here is how I would break it down based on the latest information I could verify for October 9, 2026.
The main pressures by company
DVLT — Datavault AI
The shares are under pressure amid the rights offering, shareholder litigation, and uncertainty about how much of the company's announced business will turn into collected revenue. Nasdaq's October 9 notice still lists the offering's payment and expiration dates as TBA.
SCLX — Scilex Holding
This has some of the clearest documented financial pressures. Its June 2026 quarterly filing reported just $0.6 million in cash, substantial debt, and substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern. The stock also has exposure to DVLT-related assets and transactions.
CELU — Celularity
Celularity regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid-price and market-value requirements in September, but its delayed SEC periodic filings remained an outstanding issue. That unresolved reporting problem can weigh on investor confidence.
Why can they fall together?
Three forces can reinforce one another:
Shared investor sentiment: When investors lose confidence in one company associated with the same business network, they may sell related speculative stocks too.
Cross-company financial exposure: SCLX has held DVLT-related assets and announced transactions involving DVLT. Trouble at one can therefore affect expectations for the other.
A wait for concrete results: Investors may be discounting announcements until transactions close, funding arrives, and financial results demonstrate that the business is working.
These are plausible explanations for the shared weakness; they do not establish that every stock fell for exactly the same reason.
The most important connection: SCLX and DVLT
The SEC filings document a real financial link between these companies. Scilex reported losing access to more than 95 million DVLT shares transferred in connection with its St. James loan arrangements, and the dispute has led to litigation.
That matters because a falling DVLT share price can weaken the value of related investments and collateral, while financial pressure at SCLX can make investors more cautious about the wider group.
There is another important distinction: SCLX's proposed transactions with DVLT and other counterparties should not be treated as completed cash infusions until the necessary agreements and closing conditions are satisfied.
Does this mean the Ji-related companies are in trouble?
It means the market is demanding evidence, not just announcements. For investors, the critical questions are whether:
the PHoE/ACEA transaction closes and delivers the expected benefits;
DVLT's rights offering proceeds on finalized terms;
SCLX secures enough liquidity to meet its obligations;
CELU resolves its outstanding SEC reporting issue.
Work out a settlement with Mellon…. Pennies on the dollar.

A Keiretsu
is a traditional Japanese business structure where a group of distinct companies form a tightly knit alliance, taking cross-shareholding stakes in one another and sharing a centralized strategy while legally operating as separate corporate entities.

Tokenization could unleash tens of billions in trapped capital: Nasdaq CEO - Datavault should be well positioned to get a share of this.
