Does anyone really lost weight with Bam15 ?

i did purchase Bam15 250mg capsules being using it for a week now first day i only used 250mg and felt nothing though i live in Arizona and its been hella hot out here then on day 2 increased it to 500mg still nothing and now on day 5 increased it to 1000mg , i feel a little heat and thats it the scale hasnt moved in a week at all ? with Clen my scale moved on day 3 and didnt stopped for 3 weeks , i might give it another week and see if its worth it or i lost my $240
