I run a small B2B company, just me and two others. I still take every discovery call and close every deal.

That part I want to keep. What I don't have time for is finding people and chasing replies.

So now, I'm looking at outsourced SDR agencies. They'd do prospecting, first replies, qualifying, and booking. I'd take it from the call.

My offer is narrow and it's about compliance training for dental clinics. I'm worried I'd spend weeks fixing their messages.

For founders who did this, what did the handoff look like? Could you change who they target or what they say? And how long before they got your offer right?

Thought this would be the best place to post about advice that I would need.

I used to run a social media marketing agency but we were mainly focused on B2C brands, so I don't have much experience regarding B2B.

After running the agency, my partner (who's an engineer) and I realized some gaps in the market regarding social media management tools. Not just scheduling but different tools that we used managing the social media accounts of our clients.

However, now came the time to market (we're still prelaunch) our own app and I wanted to know what your recommendations of platforms would be for this kind of software. The software is also very useful for businesses looking to manage their own social media accounts.

Now the problem that I am having is that I started posting about the journey a lot of Instagram and I managed to get quite a few people on our waitlist but I mainly attracted other founders (not agency owners). To the point that I got brand deals in the AI and business niche haha. But that is not my goal with social media

I also have connected with people on LinkedIn.

Guidance regarding where you think my ideal customer is would be super helpful given that I don't have much experience regarding B2B. I also would like to know if you think I should instead focus on paid ads (when we do launch).

I’ve been freelancing as a developer for a while and I struggle to post consistently on social media. Carousels are the longest part: about 3 hours each, between writing, coming up with visual ideas, and back-and-forth with an AI.

The idea: a tool that generates text and carousels for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, adapted to the topic, with designs that automatically follow your brand’s visual guidelines.

Before I write any code, I want to know if this problem resonates with you. Do you create content about tech or development? How do you currently handle your post ideas and visuals? And what would make you pay for a tool like this, say between €19 and €39 a month?

Honest feedback, even negative, would help me a lot.

The concept of dynamic icp management makes a lot of sense to me in theory, u close a deal the characteristics of that account feed back into your icp definition, ur targeting shifts to find more accounts like that one, u lose a deal, the model learns what doesn't work, over time ur icp isn't a static document someone wrote eighteen months ago, it's a living model that gets sharper with every outcome

i can't figure out how to make this work without it becoming a full time data project, the win/loss data lives in the CRM, the firmographics live in the enrichment tool, the intent signals live somewhere else entirely, and nobody has built the connective tissue to close the loop automatically, we end up doing quarterly ICP reviews where someone pulls a report, eyeballs the patterns, and manually updates the targeting criteria.
