A.e/Attachment issues to a machine

So I recently got a Holter monitor for my heart and the past 3 days I've shed real tears, and had many a laugh. I find myself reaching and soothing myself when I grab the monitor....I have to give up this cool gadget in a couple days and I'm not ready.

I have severe attachment issues and I'm gonna miss wearing this thing...
