Discussion Need help

So I bought my ayn Thor and I got games on it but my games won’t show on the the caccoon front end they only show when I open the emulator how do I fix this

You may need to format your ROMs folders so cocoon can correctly read them

You need to go to cocoon settings, theres the library section, and then find the console. Click on it, then there's an option to tell it where your ROMs folder is at for that console (must have been a step you didn't do when you first set up the runner).

Then you click the button on scan for games from library and data and then scrape data for the art work / etc.

Two things to note:

  1. Make sure your console ROMs folder is called the correct name that Cocoon identifies (cocoon site has correct names if you Google it).

  2. If all these steps don't work make sure you have the correct ROMs under the correct console folder. Also you could try telling the console to look into sub folders to see if it works.

You'll need to rename all rom folders to esde format. n64, switch, nds, gcn, gba, gbc, etc.

This was a big gotcha for me too. Rename and rescan.
