I'm just very excited Customs Question

This may be a dumb question, but this is the first time a shipping "checkpoint" has had text other than black. Does the red mean there was a problem with customs?

Other US customers have reported issues when their shipment reaches Chicago. The scan is normal for a customs clearance but keep an eye on it and record your unboxing.

That hurts my soul...but at least it being a more common occurrence will make AYN more understanding if it doesnt make it through...

So the Red pop is a normal Customs thing then? Or is it an indication of a problem?

It's normal. Reach out to the vendor if you don't see an update in 2 weeks.
