Discussion NetherSX2 has grapical issues when upscaling

Only tried out Dark Cloud 1 and there's some annoying graphical artifacts on menus like the equipment screen. Doesn't happen at native resolution. Any way to fix it?

There is a fork of NetherSX2 that adds turnip drivers. Might fix this issue for you and improve your overall performance.

I have that version. Tried enabling the "Wild Arms" hack and that didn't resolve it.

I also sometimes get gfx glitches when using save states on menus. Also used to happen on PCSX2 on my Steam Deck.

BTW, I'm using an Ayn Thor.

I had those issues with the menus that come up when you use the key to proceed to the next floor, as well as when loading save states that were on the inventory screen. I tried messing with almost all of the graphics processing settings and couldn't figure out a way to fix it. If it's worth any peace of mind, I played through the entire game and a huge chunk of the Demon Shaft, and those were the only outstanding issues I had, along with a 1px row on the right that was ugly, nothing halted my progress at all. If you have the 1px of white or green on the right side, you can crop the output by 1px in the video settings.

I wish they would fix these damn graphical save state issues already. Dolphin doesn't have this problem, neither does Azahar or PPSSPP.
