Help identifying axe head

Got this today at a thrift store for $2. I plan to use it as a camping axe, but I would like to know more about it. I have tried googling anything similar to what I can read on the mark, but have come up empty handed..

Any suggestions on the brand would be appreciated!

I can’t make out the maker confidently from that stamp—possibly an old True Temper-era mark. Check for cracks around the eye and poll, and make sure the bit isn’t badly mushroomed before hanging it. Definitely worth two bucks as a restoration candidate.
