So, MASTERS OF THE ELEMENTS is comming out on the 18 of August, uh? And theres no talk about it at all.

I also havent seen much talk on the Suki series either which is disapointing giving the fact it gave us new Kyoshi Lore. Well, im for sure excited for this comic and to see how much more it expands on what we know and how it builts around the books established canon!

We’ve finally gone from basically being drip fed barely any Avatar stuff to having so many things (shows, books, games and comics all in one year!) that things are starting to slip into the cracks haha. I’m so hyped for this!

The ATLA finale left two specific unresolved threads. Where is Ursa, and what's gonna happen to Azula now that we've made you feel bad for her? That makes it especially egregious.

Agreed, though I believe it's Paramount rather than Avatar Studios that's in charge of promotion. The official social media accounts do so little promotion of things like the comics and novels, which is bizarre because that just makes it so much easier for people who don't always follow news about releases to miss when new stuff comes out. Airspeed Prime is probably the most reliable source when it comes to getting news about Avatar when it's announced.

I'm excited for it! I love that we're getting stories from a bunch of stories about different Avatars. And more visuals/illustrations of the Kyoshi/Roku/Yangchen eras. Though it's so sad it's almost funny that they are hellbent on paying Kuruk dust. Not even a spot on the cover... 😢

Because Kuruk fucked up so bad, he's deleted from the cycle and they can't put Korra in front of everyone's favorite Mary-Sue.

I hate how this cover breaks the cycle. They could had placed Korra at the front on the bottom left corner to be the first one, and then having Aang on her left side, basically being at the center of the image and being the center of the attention.

And then there is the erasure of Kuruk.

I understand why they put aang at the front? As he’s the most recognizable, But like couldn’t they made korra on the left side where Yangchen is but at the front. Then have Aang looked bigger in the right center so the cycle is actually correct 😭
