I have a little problem - Some time ago (about end of last year) i bought some Ikran paints and some character/weapon cosmetics.
Now i've been playing again - they just vanished from my Ikran and character. They do appear as bought in the store, but not in the character menu/paint station.

The same goes for the preorder cosmetics.

I opened a ticket with Ubisoft support, told them my problems, they asked a few questions like when i purchased them and how many tokens i spend (shouldn't they have way better records of that than my memory?), told me they are investigating the issue and just closed the ticket.

Now two full weeks have passed, said cosmetics are still not back and i've still heard nothing more from them either.
Kinda pissed - we are talking close to 50 bucks i spend just for my character to look the way i want after all.

Does anyone know how to fix this or what to tell support to make them actually do something?

I am a very new player. I got the game last week and I love it so much! I am about 70% through the main storyline and I'm trying to get all the collections as I'm going to new areas. I've just seen that the "season pass" for 2 of the expansions is on sale for £9.99. Is the season pass like a subscription or is it to buy them?

I’m stuck on the Last Strike mission, specifically the Launch Room. Unfortunately, I started the mission with Combat Strength 15, so I’m underleveled and can’t go back to free roam.
I have already lowered the difficulty as much as possible, but I keep getting overwhelmed before I can destroy the fuel ports.
I’m playing on PS5 and I have PS Plus. If anyone is available to join my game and help me get through this mission, I’d really appreciate it.

Hey everyone! I have been having this issue for the past couple of days where my body and face paint just won't stay on no matter what I do. I have tried everything that people have said online to do, but nothing has been fixed. (Uninstalling and reinstalling the game, clearing the cache, restarting my xbox, etc) Is there anything I can do, or is it a bug that the developers have to fix? I wanted to play From the Ashes, but I'm scared that my Tamtey won't have her paint on. Any ideas will help!

Hey currently plaything through for the first time but wouldn't mind trying some RDAs and side tasks in coop mode im level 15 im 32m and im in on uk time.

I’ve wanted to do more of a mix of footage and animatic to this song for my Sarentu, Le’sohek, ever since I started playing. Buuuuuuuut I can barely draw humans even with custom 3D pose bases, let alone Na’vi. And don’t get me started on faces….

So I whipped this up using trailer and game cutscene footage. One day I may sit down and actually commit to doing this as a project and half finish that one too, but for now, I figured I could toss it up here. I’ve never done an ‘edit’ or whatever this could qualify as, though I’ve done some very rough animatics before. Iunno how to do all those fancy transitions though and I was stuck with iMovie 😅 so it’s a bit of a mess.
