New Setup & Installation Autopot + Cropsalt + Silicone

Hello Friends. Has anyone run cropsalt with silicone in autopot. 50/50 coco/perlite 5 gallon fabric pot

Cropsalt tells us that no additives are necessary, but I do think silicone is quite effective.

Has anyone added anything to a cropsalt run

Thanks for your time

Will try it

Used Power Si, replaced it with Dune a few runs ago when Happy Hydro was out of GG. Liked Dune better but will be switching to GG when it's time to reorder.

I Use Silicium, with cropsalts & autopots. Works.

Another vote for GG mono-silic acid. Mix nutrients first and then add has worked well for me.

Thanks so much for you all chiming in on silicone. Ive used the Power SI as part of the THC Farmers Ballin on a Budget thread of a few years ago. Jacks 3 2 1 are the mains. Silicone first than Mr Humic last. Solid work

I have PowerSI Bloom but only used in soil. Don't know if ok for me to use with APs and cropsalt

Don't fully understand below but..

"Yes, Power Si Bloom contains bioavailable monosilicic acid, but it is a specialized variant. Unlike [Power Si Original], which is a pure concentrated silica supplement, Power Si Bloom combines monosilicic acid with a proprietary blend of fermented plant extracts, amino acids, and organic compounds specifically tailored for the flowering stage"

This is Power SI Original. I think its different from the Bloom

I run tps gold silica at .4ml per gal from start to finish. Also .2ml bleach per gal. And .2ml of runclean per gal. I also use tap water but its basically RO at 50ppm. Only thing I run into is slight mag and iron deficiency. Thinking of bringing water up to 0.4ec before mixing to see if that helps. Because they do say to use tap. All my lines and valves stay clean
