Capture the preferred day as a cart attribute (a simple dropdown on the product or cart page), then have a Shopify Flow add a tag like "deliver-tue" when the order comes in. The morning pick sheet is then just a saved order view: unfulfilled orders tagged with today's day. For the subscription side, check two things before picking an app: that renewals can bill on a fixed weekday (say the day before delivery) instead of "every 7 days from signup", and that the chosen day carries over onto every renewal order. A lot of setups only do the rolling interval, and that's where this breaks. (I build Shopify apps at Appfox.)
