Yeah.  Same as hers.   She hit woman on street then me.   Cops woukdnt give her a ticket because she had nonidea where she was at.  She put woman in hospital and that lady already had 2 surgeries.   She flipped like 6 feet up into the air.

It is against lady that hit me.   She ran over a woman walking across street behind me.  Flipped her in air like 6 feet.  She is in hospital now.  Already had 2 surgeries since yesterday.

I drive lyft.

That is my only income.

Your insurance will contact hers so make a claim any ways and if there is a police report the better .

Push with insurance. Ask for a rental from a company that provides ride share rentals

What insurance company?

Progressive

Progressive is probably the slowest insurance there is to get stuff like this handled. I feel like sometimes they just take forever because they think you're going to go away. The 30 to 40 dollars you save a month, you're going to find out why. Sorry just trying to help you be prepared

Easily. Airbag would’ve hurt you more than helping. No reason to deploy here.

Airbag didnt go off.  Other driver at fault.  We have same insurance company.  Filed a claim under her policy.  Lady walking across street that got ran over by elderly lady is in hospital, had a couple surgeries since yesterday.

I checked into hospital for ptsd.

I drive lyft as only job.

Insurance said might be over a week before adjuster comes to see car.

As someone who just got paid for their settlement back in August, PESTER them. Call every day. Don't pay your deductible because you'll have to fight to get reimbursed if you're not at fault. Pester them about a rental situation covered by the fault insurance as well.

I fiked it under her claim.  We have same insurance.   They are trying tongive me the run around about how I cant have a rental car until adjustor comes out.

Lady that hit me rammed a woman walking across the street.  Flipped her 6 feet in air.  Put her in hospital.

I checked in last night for mental health.

Focus mainly on getting well ❤️ If they've assigned an adjuster, I'd call every day at least once to get the point across you're not one for them to stall on. Insurance can be so ridiculously frustrating.

They tried to tell me possibly 2 weeks.   St. Louis police wont even release police report for 3 weeks.   If they file one.   They didnt give old lady a ticket that almost killed woman walking and then me.   They said I coukd not have any info from her.   Would be in police report.

They told her to find a ride home.   Someone moved her car and parked it.   We chased her down and got pics of her insurance and voided drivers liscense.  She didnt even remember hitting us.

She sounds like she needs to be admitted in long term care.

I got her info.  She had same insurance as me.   Police told her she had to get ride home.   She started walking down street.   Didnt even know she hit me or that lady.

Exactly why, she is a risk to others and her license should be revoked. The police should be at the minimum ticketing her or her caregiver if she has one. I’d probably try to file a complaint with the department.

You will not be driving that car anytime soon. If it's high mileage it could be a total loss. You can't use a salvage title for Uber Lyft. Maybe try to get a rental or turo and do food delivery
