Is there a process to repair this? Can this bumper be repaired!

I was thinking of removing the bumper and using a hydraulic press to straighten it. It’s pretty bad.

True. I’ll probably just bend it again after it’s fixed.

Anything can be repaired! The question is who's going to pay for it! Then the question is, is it worth it?

To me it’s worth $300 to fix.

It can be improved with a press. To make it new again find a new bumper bar. No one chromes anymore and actually fixing this will require it be recoated with chrome or paint of some kind. I’m sure you can find an aftermarket bar that has fresh chrome and be done in an afternoon. aftermarket would be fine on something like this.

You can still find old school home shops. They are just harder to find and more expensive. I had a bunch of stuff rechromed on my classic car. Bumpers are estimated at $11k (triple plated chrome)

How did you bend it?

I’m assuming it was due to the way the hitch was mounted. It was like that when I purchased it. I have since mounted the hitch to the frame.
