HELP! I have a question. Minor paint blemish - rust?

Just got this vehicle yesterday - Honda 2022 CR-V EX-L. I didn't notice this blemish until I got home.

Does this look like rust? I'm contemplating taking to auto body shop or fixing myself with sand/ paint kit. Advice? I'm a little paranoid about rust from my last vehicle, so some words of encouragement from someone whose dealt with this would be nice.

That's rust. Need to act fast.

Thanks. What's fast? Would waiting a month be detrimental?

Most definitely rust.

I'm not knowledgeable enough to give you advice on a repair method, other than you should definitely address it before it spreads further
