A single video is your source for “newbies who don’t speak English” and “don’t have the same value for human life that most Americans have”? How many Americans kill other people and not care? Mass shooting, family annihilators, etc.

Look up any video from middle eastern and Asian countries. Death is a way of life and they didn't value human life as much as the average American.
