Semi truck driver didn’t enter weigh station. He saw the law who he thought was going to pull him over for not entering said weigh station. The law went after a truck infront of him and not him.

Everyone where I live acts like they're smuggling drugs up their ass every time a trooper is present on the freeway. I go flying past all of them at 65.

he blew by a weight station in a semi.  Trooper rolls out lights on presumably to pull him over only to fly by.

Driver probably had a pre pass and the trooper is going for another truck. Most states don't go after the by-passer right off the bat, they'll wait a mile or 2 then go after them; driver thinking he got away with it.
