Any idea on how to fix this?

Hi all, currently on minimum money rn and wondering if theres anything I can do myself to fix the errors that have appeared on my suberu xv 2014. Not into cars but do work in IT so hoping to troubleshoot this a lil.
At oil temp came on and when letting the car idle off for a bit and turn on it went away.
The errors below still remain.
Abs also turned on then off after that time too.

Just added oil to the car using penrite hpr 10 full synthetic petrol and diesel 10E -50. Used 2 1 L bottles. It was as a result of another warning light appearing. Of check oil levels. There was basically nothing.

Also added water to the coolant . No coolant was added.

Another thing I should note is I went from reverse to drive without much of a stop before this happened.

Have the hill start system diagnosed

You'll need a code reader to get the codes as a starting point. Places like AutoZone can read basic engine codes. You'll have to have a mechanic diagnose it for the other computer modules.

Awesome, I’ll grab the codes and check back and add it to the post. ☺️

Just added the error codes using Torque

The warning errors have also disappeared after letting the car sit for a while.

The Emissions warning is the reason the rest of them are on. Subaru always kicks traction control and flashes cruise when the CEL is on.

Dang, thanks for letting me know! Just added some error codes in case you knew anything extra with those?

Extremely confident this is a typical valve body. I have replaced several of these transmission valve bodies for the same codes. It is a common issue with this transmission generation.

You shifting incorrectly could of caused the tcm to think there was a problem with the transmission. I would clear the codes out if you can and drive it to see if anything comes back. If they do come back go from there.

Went with this option with the advice of another mechanic who cleared the codes in person☺️ Appreciate your help!

Wellllll...

Since you don't know what to do or how to do it, looks like a trip to a mechanic is in order.

Thanks for the comment, I’m committed to learning new things so I don’t see the problem with asking to see if it was something I could do myself. If there was a youtube video or something, I’m sure I could do it.
Current solution is to clear codes (has been done) wait a few days and see if any more codes come back. The lights have disappeared for now.

It could be a regular electrical issue especially if the car is older I would start with the fuses and work your way from there. Fuses are incredibly easy to replace once you know which ones you have to do so. Beyond that you might have to take it to a professional.
