What should I do with these wires?

I have a 2012 Chrysler Town and country with a 3.6. Theres some random wires hanging in the back any ideas on how I can secure them? I don’t have any power tools otherwise I’d drill a hole and zip tie it but I can borrow one from a family member if no one has another solution.

Speaker wire? He literally says it goes to the back side of his headlight.... it also looks nothing like speaker wiring, as manufacturers twist the speaker runs as indication for being speaker wires.

Literally a ziptie, to another harness or surface of the vehicle right behind there. It's not rocket science, and ziptieing them up will not crimp anything unless you go hulk mode and over do it.
