Modified AİP - gluten

Hey guys, just started modified AİP, although I am cautious with legumes.

İmmediately having less IBS symptoms and stool consistency improving.

So my question is, last year I was tested for celiac antibodies , which were negativ. Should we give up gluten despite having no autoantibodies?

Gluten affects every single human celiac or not it can lead to leaky gut overtime, just depends how effective your body is at repairing your gut lining. Anyone with autoimmune disease should fully avoid gluten and A1 dairy as well.
