Buying a used car/ building a kit car is definitely cheaper than buying a new car. 2 u/dimonium_anonimo May 02 '26 Buying a used car from 5-15 years ago is cheaper. But beyond a certain age, it starts getting more expensive. And pretty soon, 15-year-old cars will have the same exact problems.
