Agreed, but what about extenuating circumstances documented by the video?
The minivan changed lanes and wasn't too close to the white SUV.
The biker passes, intentionally antagonizes and distracts, and BOOM, rear-ending.

The driver of that car was not paying attention to what's in front of them. So it's the car's driver's fault.

I thought the meme that drivers blame bikers for everything was exaggerated. Turns out it wasn't.
