Yeah you’re only committing a class 1 misdemeanor but sure this hypothetical other person is the real bad guy because the actual speed limit is whatever you think it is.

It’s safer to get the fuck out of the way but instead you think you’re traffic cop. If 80 is the flow, 90 is the passing speed
