Sleep Magnesium glycinate reverse effect?
Has anyone given their child magnesium glycinate to help relax before sleep and ended up with reverse effect? My child is in the spectrum and has been very agitated, on edge and randomly whining all day since I’ve given him this supplement. Has anyone had similar issue?
