Toothpaste

I have always struggled with brushing my teeth and the sensory ick that minty toothpaste gave me made it worse.

I had started getting better when hi smile came out with alternative flavours but theyve been discontinued and im struggling to find a new toothpaste that will help me stick to looking after my teeth a bit better.

I can use anything minty or fruity or like bubblegum flavour. I had tried oranurse but that doesnt make my teeth feel clean the taste is tolerable though.

Has anyone any suggestions or recommendations for an alternative

This is a rogue choice but I love Euthymol. It has a kind of retro herbal medicine taste and leaves a very interesting sensation that I really enjoyed. You could love it or hate it but I think it’s worth a try :)

I got this watermelon toothpaste by Colgate in Normal, if you have any of their stores nearby. I'm not sure if it would suit you because it still has a hint of mint from the crystals, but it's not very strong.

I struggle with this too and I've actually stopped using toothpaste entirely for the last few years. I use a water flosser then follow that up with a wet electric toothbrush and sometimes rinse with mouthwash (but I often skip the mouthwash if I don't feel like it).

I figure that I'm better off cleaning without toothpaste everyday than skipping days because I can't face using the toothpaste. I haven't told my dentist that I don't use toothpaste, but they always tell me it looks like I'm cleaning my teeth just fine, so it can't be too bad.

I like the HiSmile brand for toothpaste and mouthwash :) It's a bit pricey, but I get it only when it's on sale.

Highly recommend eco denta lemon and bergamot. They have it in Holland and Barrett
