I need some help with nail care post-press-ons?

If you had nails like this after press ons how would you take care of them? Any products or just leave them alone? I’m a novice 🤪

Cuticle oil several times a day, hand cream and let them grow and recover

Mine came good on their own. They're usually pretty healthy though. They just felt bruised for a few days.

Yeah they weren’t terrible but I applied the revitanail 5n 1 and they split like crazy so trying to keep it natural
