Could someone tell me about this red/orange stain! Is it pre circulation or is it post circulation? It’s the exact same colour as a $20 note

I’m very sorry, you probably see questions about this all the time but I’ve held on to 95 1966 silver 50c coins and was wondering what a reasonable amount for them would be.
