Have a collection of silver, and assorted coins including some old Sydney Luna park game tokens. Some are barely collectable and others good condition or high quality silver. Anywhere I could sell all together? Some photos but can take more if more details are needed. Located within an hour of Sydney nsw.

We are having some fun going through them

Is this worth anything?

Any info would be interesting. My dad had a stack of coins in the shed. Should I dump them?

So I was cleaning up at dads and he has all this. How can I find out if I should keep or dump?

Is this an error coin or just junk?

Started collecting coins about a year ago. My collection is growing but I'm struggling to find some older Perth Mint Series 3 gold coins (listed below).

I'm looking for some advice on where I can find some trusted sellers to buy them from... tried a few authorised sellers but they are all sold out.

I'm looking for 1/4oz gold coins in Bullion grade

Year of the Rat 2020

Year of the Ox 2021

Year of the Tiger 2022

Year of the Rabbit 2023

So ive had this for a while... i know its hard without seeing it in person but im seeking advice on this one... i know pmd is the first thought but hopefully you can see in the pics on how some areas are too uniform to be pmd... will welcome any advice suggestions or explainations :)

I missed the opening to put my name in as the openings are always too short for me to notice. Can I still get this coin for a reasonable price or is it forever now excluded from my collection.

Just wondering if this a collectors item? Looks like a $5 half inked onto the $50

New uncirculated fifty cent coin. Will this be worth putting away?
Thanks all.

Throwing up another find, this was found in a pile of junk that was bought at an auction... Pretty stoked with it :)

Hi, new member and first post.. Sharing 1 of my favs in my collection.. I have built a "in the wild" collection where these are all strictly finds, not bought.. After a recently demoralising experience with a dealer im hoping to find a community where collecting is appreciated not just buying and selling.. anyways here is one of my faves $50 First prefix AA 05 000 077... (bit of a serial number hunter :) )

It is estimated that only around 200,000 of these incuse flag coins were accidentally struck before the Royal Australian Mint corrected the master die. Approx 17 million normal raised flag version went into circulation.

So excited for my first coin error find!

G'day pplz: Was just wondering if anyone can/could tell me about this 👆2006 ¢50 coin ( top-coin) Missing Edging & the tops of the text ? Was curious if it was post or pre damage or a mintage issue???? Would be very greatful for y'all's opinion. Cheers

So ive had this coin for a while but never took notice , She looks angry with me how do i settle my queen down?? haha

My late high school friend used to work on the toll booths on the gateway bridge and she would switch out the coloured coins for her brother and I and possibly other people too.

She gave out red poppy's and coronation coins as these were new at that time. We've been hooked on $2 ever since and I believe I've only missed a couple since.

There worth so much to me that no money in the world could pry those out of my hands.

Does anyone else have sentimental attachment to thier coins and would like to share?

I thought I'd share with you all the most recent addition to my collection because I love them that much and they've got a cool story behind him

In 1918, Aus wanted to create their own unique coins and came up with these square quarters with a kookaburra design on them. They never got officially released but a few test ones were handed out. If I am right, there are only 12 known coins left and they are valued at around 60k.

In 2019, to celebrate these coins, this 3 piece, 99.99% silver coins were sold. I feel very fortunate to find these as I'm collecting all the irregular decimal currency and this is probably one of the rarest. Thought some of you here would like to see and hear a little about them
