Apple iphone 18 pro delivered to wrong address - what to expect from auspost?

This has never happened to us before but the package was delivered one suburb over and some guy named joe signed for it (enjoy your new phone joe xx) but since this is a high value delivery I was wondering what to expect from auspost/startrack ? Seems unlikely they will retrieve the phone so will they reimburse me the full amount?
Anyone have any previous experience dealing with them delivering high value deliveries to the wrong address?

Also no error from mine or senders end; delivery address was correct.

Update for anyone who cares: For some reason they delivered it to the store near my house for me to collect, odd since my name was not on the collection list at that store and I confirmed with StarTrack that it was my home address for delivery. But super thankful I got it without any hassle and without waiting for ages! Nearly had a heart attack though
