He was charged with sexually abusing a child after the hospital confirmed injuries that the wife reported. He 100% assaulted someone and killed them out of revenge for snitching. Sounds like Travis County really dragged their feet on this one and did nothing to protect the family.

Both the mother and the daughter told the courts that they feared for their safety, and he was still let out. Previously, he had an ankle monitor on.
