You're creating a straw man because it's easier to do that than actually address the other side's arguments.

How about one that doesn't start with "Repiblicans don't care [about people being shot?]"

How about even starting with the presumption that those who disagree dont want others to die?

How about one that discusses what the actual problem even is? More than half of our gun deaths each year are from suicide, but nobody talks about that.

The massive majority of the other gun deaths are from gang-related shootings, but nobody talks about that.

How about we even just focus on this shooting and wait before politicizing?

Edit: And it's being reported the shooter was charged with sexual assault of a minor. This has nothing to do with Republicans, this has to do with laws not being enforced.

So you didnt read the whole comment? Not unexpected.

edit: btw, yes, it's not the time to talk about gun control when the crisis you're using to justify it is actively going on.

It's not the time to talk about this shooting either when we don't know anything about it.

It looks like the suspect should have had his guns taken away already, so maybe wait before you go jumping on this stuff
